U.S. Teacher Courses

Queen's Continuing Teacher Education offers professional development courses for U.S. teachers who are looking for opportunities to improve their teaching practice. Our courses incorporate best practices in teaching and address the specific challenges that teachers face in the classroom. You will have the support of a U.S. teacher-mentor as you work through the course content. Continuing Teacher Education is an approved CTLE sponsor in New York State, which means that these courses will count toward your CTLE hours.

Education Support Staff Courses

Educational Assistants, Early Childhood Educators, and other educational support staff facilitate children's learning in the early years by connecting and communicating with families and by creating learning environments where children can flourish. Educational support staff are expected to develop communication and learning support strategies to adapt to children's abilities, needs, and differences, and to meet the changing needs of families. Our self-guided courses contain interactive activities and multimedia features that are designed to meet the professional development needs of educational support staff.
