In this course, you’ll explore the foundation of educational leadership and understand your community's diverse needs and aspirations. You will consider leadership theories and practical applications, developing the skills to articulate inclusive visions, foster trust, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues to develop leadership strategies that reflect empathetic leadership, strategic change management, and innovation.
