Program Description
In this certificate, you’ll explore critical concepts of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and outdoor experiential education, gaining a deep understanding of their interconnectedness. You'll engage in hands-on learning experiences that bridge theory with practice and collaborate with experts and fellow learners, applying sustainable development goals in and outside the classroom. You'll emerge equipped to inspire change, lead sustainability initiatives, and foster experiential learning opportunities within your educational or school context.
Whether you are new to teaching or an experienced educator, our courses are designed to equip you with foundational knowledge, skills, and tools to create and lead a sustainable classroom, school, and learning community.
